Pricing questions

What counts as an Admin/Sender seat?: A seat is a workspace member with the Admin or Sender permission — the people who upload documents, route them and manage the workspace.
Are signers charged?: No. Signers and viewers are unlimited, and external recipients who only receive and sign a document never consume a paid seat.
Are signature requests unlimited?: Yes — web signature requests sent from AKMSign are unlimited, subject to fair use and your plan's storage allowance. Automated/API usage is not included.
What happens if I reach my storage limit?: New uploads are blocked until you free space or increase your allowance. Existing documents stay available and in-flight signing continues.
Can I add more storage?: Yes. Contact AKMSign and we'll raise your workspace storage allowance.
What happens when my 3-day trial ends?: Your workspace becomes read-only: existing documents stay readable and downloadable, but new documents and signing requests are paused until a plan is activated.
Can I change plans later?: Yes. Contact AKMSign and we'll move your workspace between plans.
Do you offer plans for larger companies?: Yes — the Custom plan covers more seats, additional storage and higher-volume or custom commercial requirements.
